This place is a gem. You won't be disappointed! I have been there many times over the years.
The food here is delicious. They currently have a special dessert ( mango sticky rice), a play on rice pudding with mango and sweet coconut milk. The combination is amazing, definitely will get it again.
Very attentive and polite server and really good food. I had the spring rolls and the pad see ew (sp) I really liked the sauce. An entree, one appetizer and a pot of tea was about 19.00 before tip. They also have a full bar available.
The service is speedy & impeccable. The pho special was meaty; the briskets aren't fattt which is how I like it. I think the broth is very flavorful. I may have made it tad salty by adding too much hoisen sauce & sriracha. I'd come again for a bowl of bun.
Great Vietnamese food! Good variety of options on the menu! I love my vermicelli noodles with grilled pork and shrimp! Very clean and great social distancing seating. Amazing service! I will definitely go back for other dishes!
SO sorry we didn't know about this earlier in our OC life. Pad Kee Mao was lovely at 4/5 star heat with an addictive sweetness and plentiful basil. Really liked the Massaman Curry (did chicken at 3/5 heat which was plenty). Nice portion sizes mean leftover lunch.
Six years ago I rated this place five stars. I’ve been back at least 25 times since and 90% of the time it’s excellent and the rest of the times just very good. Yes, when it’s busy the service has strained perhaps, maybe just chill out and you’ll be fine. The most common complaint I see on these reviews is “too spicy”. Maybe just order 2/5 or 1/5 and move up as you like the spice level. Today I ordered pad kee mao at 4/5 and it was super hot, borderline hiccup causing but not, and about the best thing I’ve ever eaten. Yum. See photo
